The supreme organ of FOTCEL is the General Meeting of Members led by FOTCEL Chairperson under whom is the Executive Secretary. Organs responsible for the management of the Organisation are the Board of Directors and Management Team.
The Board of Directors led by the Board Chairperson is responsible for setting the organisation’s rules and regulations and recruiting the Management Team which is led by the General Manager (GM).
The Management Team is structured in four departments. The two of the departments are operations departments; namely, the Economic Development Department and the Social and Community Service Department. The other two departments are support departments which are the Administrative Department and the Treasury/Finance Department. The Management Team is responsible for running the day-to-day operations and activities of the organisation.
